You found me, Irene, a vegan chef based in Amsterdam. I love to make food for your special occasion. For every festivity or business event I can provide the catering.
Because of my background as a social worker and a teacher, I also love to teach people all about vegan cooking.
And besides the workshops and the catering, I love to organize beautiful multi-course supperclub dinners at my beautiful location in Amsterdam Oud-West.

My colleagues describe me as a creative and colorful chef. With my playful approach I take rustic cuisine to the modern era. Honoring traditional flavours while creating Vegan food in a new way.

This is me in essence; always thinking about delicious food with a rich tradition but without any animal cruelty being inflicted in the process. This is food with a smile.
