You found me, Irene, a vegan chef based in Amsterdam.

I love to make food for your special occasion. For every feast or business event I can do the catering.

Since I have a background as a social worker and a teacher, I also love to teach people all about vegan cooking.
And besides the workshops and the catering, I love to organize beautiful multi-course supperclub diners at my beautiful location in Amsterdam Oud-West.

My colleagues call me a creative and colorful chef. With my playful mind I take rustic cooking to the modern ages. Honoring traditional flavours and bringing them to the new vegan way of cooking.

That is me, always thinking about delicious food with a rich tradition but without any cruelty being used in the process. Food with a smile.
