At Peach Plantbased Kitchen, every experience is prepared with care, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful planning. As places, ingredients, and preparation time are reserved especially for each booking, this Cancellation & Refund Policy explains what happens if you need to cancel, change, or miss a booking. By making a booking with Peach Plantbased Kitchen, you agree to the terms below.

Catering

Catering is planned and prepared specifically for your event. This includes menu planning, ingredient ordering, preparation time, staffing, and, where applicable, delivery or set-up.

Cancellation by you
– Cancellations made more than 14 days before the catering date: any amount paid will be refunded, minus any non-recoverable costs already agreed with you or incurred specifically for your event.
– Cancellations made between 8 and14 days before the catering date: the deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining payments will be refunded where possible, minus reasonable costs already incurred.
– Cancellations made 7 days or less before the catering date: up to 100% of the agreed booking amount may remain payable, depending on the work completed, ingredients ordered, staffing arranged, and other costs already incurred.
– Changes to guest numbers, menu requirements, dietary requirements, delivery details, or event timing must be requested as early as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this may not always be possible close to the event date.
If Peach Plantbased Kitchen cancels catering If we are unable to provide the agreed catering service, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may choose a full refund of payments made or, where suitable, an alternative date or arrangement.

Vegan Cooking Classes

Our vegan cooking classes are scheduled experiences with limited places. Ingredients and preparation are arranged in advance based on the number of confirmed guests.

Cancellation by you
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the class: you may choose a full refund or transfer your booking to another available class.

– Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the class: you may transfer your booking to another available class, subject to availability. A refund is not guaranteed.

– Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class: payments and deposits are non-refundable, as ingredients, preparation time, and your place have already been reserved.

If you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place. Please let us know their name and dietary requirements in advance.
If Peach Plantbased Kitchen need to cancel a class due to illness, insufficient bookings, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you may choose between:
– A full refund of the amount paid; or
– A transfer to another available class or future date.
We will always aim to give you as much notice as possible.

Vegan Supper Club

Our vegan supper clubs are intimate dining experiences prepared for a specific number of guests. Your reservation allows us to plan seating, ingredients, and the menu.

Cancellation by you
– Cancellations made more than 14 days before the supper club: you may choose a full refund or transfer your reservation to another available date.
– Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the supper club: you may transfer your reservation to another available date, subject to availability. A refund is not guaranteed.
– Cancellations made less than 7 days before the supper club: payments and deposits are non-refundable.
– You are welcome to transfer your place to another person.

Please inform us in advance with their name and any dietary requirements. If Peach Plantbased Kitchen cancels a supper clubIf we need to cancel the supper club, you may choose a full refund or transfer your reservation to another available supper club date.

Deposits and Outstanding Balances

A deposit reserves your place at a cooking class or supper club, or secures your catering date. Unless stated otherwise in writing, deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within the cancellation period stated above. Where a balance remains outstanding, it must be paid by the deadline provided with your booking or payment link. Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the agreed deadline may result in your booking being cancelled.

How to Cancel or Request a Change

To cancel or request a change, please contact us in writing as soon as possible: Email: contact@peachplantbasedkitchen.nl Please include your full name, the name and date of the cooking class, supper club, or catering event, and your booking reference if available. A cancellation is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Peach Plantbased Kitchen.

Right of Withdrawal

For cooking classes, supper clubs, catering services, and other leisure or food-related services booked for a specific date or period, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply under applicable consumer law. This does not affect any rights you may have where Peach Plantbased Kitchen cancels the service or does not provide it as agreed.
